A better way to build.
The Product Creation Tool is a new addition to the Luma platform that allows investment firms to easily construct and customize their own structured products. The process for initiating custom structures is now more efficient, requiring only three steps and removing the need for numerous spreadsheets, emails and phone calls.
Once created, requests are sent to over a dozen leading issuers for review and bidding. Because issuers also utilize Luma to confirm product and provide pricing, the entire process of tracking responses, selecting an issuer and finalizing documentation is automated.
Compliance and control are also top priorities. The use of role-based access and entitlements allows clients to determine which products, issuers and/or underliers are viewable. Workflows can be configured to match clients’ internal requirements. At every step, Luma keeps an archive of audit logs, reports and notifications that can be exported with the click of a button. Finally, Luma’s file management system can interface directly into compliance and document workflows to simplify the delivery and presentation of critical documents.
